At Visra Sim Gear, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in new condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and parts
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Used sim racing equipment
  • Products showing signs of installation or use
  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or personalized products

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We'll work quickly to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item, Visra Sim Gear will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly.
